Mobile money services are delivered under Hedonmark Management Services Limited’s Mobile Money Operator licence framework, regulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). FLEX - Instant Payments is not a bank. Eligible balances are subject to the NDIC pass-through deposit insurance framework, its conditions and coverage limits.
